Surely a great way to rid oneself of that woeful end-of-summer feeling is to be surrounded, on a Sunday afternoon, by old friends, new art, and light refreshments. That’s exactly the kind of thing Toronto artists Niall McClelland (Issue 8), Jesse Harris (Issue 2), and Jeremy R Jansen like to do, and they’re doing it this very weekend at 1424A Dundas St W from 1 PM – 8 PM. Buzz #3.

Musician, storyteller and contributor to Issue 6, Sam Amidon will be performing in Toronto next Saturday. We cannot begin to tell you how stellar his performances are and how unfortunate it would be to miss this. More info here.

Harmony Korine (Issue 3) and Gaspar Noé (Issue 9) star in this episode of Into the Night directed by our friend and contributor, Bruce LaBruce. It's almost like a remake of Midnight Cowboy.

As mentioned a while back, renaissance man Samuel Nyholm, also known as SANY (see Joke, Issue 8), recently created the online gaming platform Heyscore.com with collaborator Ola Persson. The project will have its ‘world premiere’ this Friday, as a special guest at the Beni Bischof opening at Kunst Halle Sankt Gallen.
